Sorry for being incognito for a while. I was away for the last two weeks for training and had no access to the internet!
Anyway, JMSG and I are leaving tomorrow for Cabo to meet SexyBestFriend and my other friends for a farewell get together for me (since I am leaving PoDunk in January). This will be their introduction to JMSG. I know he will make a huge hit.
Now that I have JMSG, I have to seriously consider coming back here to have a life. I know my California friends won't be happy about that....
So far he is perfect for me. I have absolutely no complaints. That is rare. I usually have major red flags emerging by now. But honestly he and I are very compatible on many levels. It's really refreshing, and surprising to my prior acceptance of "being alone for the rest of my life."
Maybe I won't be after all. Just when I was getting used to it, he had to show up!
This changes things for me - my future plans - I have to reconsider many things if I want to think about a possible life with him. I can already see it would be a very exciting and fulfilling life....
So I have some thinking to do about my future - if he is going to be in it, how do I rearrange my plans for where I will live and what I will do for work? I had already decided I would not return to PoDunk, so now I go back to the drawing board.
As long as I have the freedom of travel, it doesn't really matter where I live, right??
My California friends are going to freak!
More updates next week after Cabo baby, yeah!
Yours Exceptionally,
Blue

4 People who love Blue:
I gotta say Blue, I applaud your willingness for adventure! Heck, I've been dating Ranger for 9 months and I STILL get nervous about a weekend trip. YOU are taking a guy to CABO for crying out loud. You're my hero!!! :)
Two weeks? You need to give it at least a little more time before you can be sure he's right for you.
Hey Blue, I'm glad you're all excited, happy, and in love with this guy. I sincerely hope this is the relationship you've been dreaming of.
However, give it some more time before you start changing your plans. Nothing wrong with charting out some contingency plans, but it's far better to give it a few more months to wear the "shiny" off before you commit to a course of action.
Pink Actually CABO is a great place to take a new guy - it is so widly beautiful and romantic. Very little can go wrong:)
Petitemort It's been longer than two weeks - it was just out of town for that amount of time:)
Lanius Good advice and normally I would do just that. I guess I am following my heart here.
